I led the Workspace Audit, Discovery, and Accelerated Launch for a global travel company preparing for its 2026 launch. I designed a scalable Notion workspace, including a central Knowledge Hub, a cross-functional Product Launch Process, a Partnerships & Vendor Management Hub, and an early-stage CRM. Streamlined sales processes / workflows across three departments, automating non–value-adding actions and eliminating ineffective touchpoints, increasing sales productivity. We redesigned and aligned the Sales- and After Sales processes, reducing handoff transition time and customer escalations. The cross-functional alignment increased upsell opportunities and improved customer journey continuity.
